No diagnostic information is transmitted unless you explicitly choose to do so. PacketSnitch performs packet analysis primarily on your own computer. Unless you explicitly choose to transmit diagnostic information or use third-party services, packet captures, network traffic, imported files, and analysis remain under your control and are not transmitted to oxasploits. PacketSnitch may establish outbound Internet connections for features including, but not limited to: Version checking Software updates Plugin downloads Theme downloads License verification Optional diagnostic submissions Third-party integrations By using these features, you acknowledge that your computer necessarily communicates with systems on the Internet. Any legal, regulatory, privacy, security, or operational consequences arising from these Internet communications remain solely your responsibility. oxasploits does not assume responsibility or liability for the privacy practices, logging, monitoring, policies, or actions of any third-party service, network, Internet provider, or government entity that may observe or process such communications. PacketSnitch integrates with or allows access to services operated by third parties. These services maintain their own independent privacy policies, terms of service, and data handling practices. Examples include, but are not limited to: Paddle Ollama VirusTotal Any additional APIs or services configured by the user Your use of these services is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies. oxasploits does not own, operate, or control these services and is not responsible for their privacy practices. Themes, plugins, licenses, subscriptions, and other digital products may be purchased through PacketSnitch using Paddle as the payment processor. Paddle independently processes payment information under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. oxasploits is solely a customer of Paddle and has no ownership interest, management authority, or control over Paddle or its privacy practices. For accounting, licensing, fraud prevention, tax compliance, and legal obligations, oxasploits may retain records including: Customer name Email address Purchase identifiers License information Transaction history Except where required by law, necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, or permitted under Paddle's agreements, this information is not sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties.
