Optional Diagnostic Metrics PacketSnitch may offer an optional feature allowing you to submit diagnostic or telemetry information to oxasploits to assist in debugging or improving the Software. Participation is entirely voluntary. Before any diagnostic information is transmitted, PacketSnitch is designed to remove or exclude, to the extent reasonably practicable: Packet capture files (PCAP/PCAPNG) Imported files User documents Binary data blobs Large payload contents LLM prompts LLM responses Authentication credentials API keys Personally identifying content The diagnostic information is intended to include only technical information necessary to diagnose software defects or improve PacketSnitch. No diagnostic information is transmitted unless you explicitly choose to do so. 4. Local Packet Analysis PacketSnitch primarily performs packet analysis locally on your own computer. Unless you explicitly choose to transmit diagnostic information or use third-party services, packet captures, network traffic, and analysis remain under your control. 5. Internet Communications PacketSnitch may establish outbound internet connections for features including, but not limited to: Version checking Software updates Plugin management Theme downloads License verification Optional diagnostics Third-party integrations By using these features, you understand that your computer necessarily communicates with remote systems across the Internet. You acknowledge that any legal, regulatory, privacy, or operational consequences arising from such Internet communications remain solely your responsibility. oxasploits does not assume responsibility or liability for the privacy practices, network activity, policies, or actions of third-party services or networks that PacketSnitch may access. 6. Third-Party Services PacketSnitch integrates with or allows access to services operated by third parties. These services maintain their own independent privacy policies, terms of service, and data handling practices. Examples include, but are not limited to: Paddle (payment processing) Ollama VirusTotal Other user-configured APIs and integrations Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. oxasploits is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or policies of these third-party services. 7. Payments Themes, plugins, licenses, and other digital products may be sold through PacketSnitch using Paddle as our payment processor. Paddle independently processes payment information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. oxasploits is a customer of Paddle and has no ownership, management authority, or control over Paddle's privacy practices beyond the services they provide to us. Financial records provided to us through Paddle may include information necessary for: Customer identification License fulfillment Accounting Tax compliance Fraud prevention Legal obligations Such information may include customer names, email addresses, purchase identifiers, and transaction history. Except where required by law, necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations, or as permitted under Paddle's agreements, we do not sell or disclose this information to unrelated third parties. 8. User-Supplied API Keys Certain PacketSnitch features require API keys or accounts obtained directly from third-party providers. Examples include: Ollama VirusTotal Future integrations Obtaining, maintaining, and paying for these services is solely your responsibility. Your relationship with those providers is governed exclusively by their own terms and privacy policies. oxasploits does not control how those providers collect, store, or process your information. 9. Data Sharing We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information only when: Required by applicable law Required by court order or legal process Necessary to investigate abuse or fraud Necessary to protect our legal rights Necessary to operate our business Necessary to complete payment or licensing operations 10. OXASPLOITS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR. 15. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OXASPLOITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR NETWORK DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF PACKETSNITCH OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE ACCESSED THROUGH THE SOFTWARE. USE OF PACKETSNITCH IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. 16. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of PacketSnitch after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. 17.
